VENDOR SERVICES
We are increasing our value and services to you by adding new ways for you to get exposure for your business. With the re-vamping of our web site, we now offer Premium Listings in our Product and Vendor Directory pages. VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
To operate as one of our VENDORS, you must provide and maintain a current State Wholesale Tax & Use License. When applying to become a VENDOR, you must provide an official copy of this license. You may print the application here and bring it with you to the office, or complete one at the office when we have a space open.

Due to popularity, we currently have a Waiting List for Vendors. On your request, we will add your name to our waiting list. In order to be added to our waiting list, please provide us with your name, telephone number and type of merchandise you sell. You will be notified when we have a space available for you.
VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE
ONE-TIME Registration Fee: $280 (Fee covers rental agreement, signage for your building, badges for employees and records we maintain and make available for you.)
FACILITY RENTAL RATES WITH ROLL-UP DOORS: $125.00/month
T-ROW SPACES: $250.00/month

RENT/UTILITIES
Rental payments are due on the first Monday of each month.
Utilities are shared by several vendors and the average cost is $25 per month. Utilities are due on the first Monday of the month and will be added to your monthly rental amount.
OPERATING HOURS/VACATION NOTIFICATION
All Vendors MUST BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS on Monday and Tuesday EACH week. If you are planning a vacation, you must post the dates of your vacation prominently on your front door.
TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS
Wholesale Alley issues Memberships to Non-Profit Organizations. For Membership, Tax-Exempt Organizations must provide an ORIGINAL Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form designating you as Tax-Exempt. Memberships are ONLY available to Officers of Tax-Exempt Organizations.CLICK HERE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS
BRINGING CHILDREN TO WHOLESALE ALLEY Wholesale Alley is a Kid-Friendly place. Children are admitted FREE until they reach 17 years of age. Children 17 years of age, or older, are required to be Members and pay the Membership Fee, or be Visitors accompanied by Members.
